The first supper club was established in Beverly Hills, California, by Wisconsin native Lawrence Frank. Supper clubs first became regionally popular in the 1930s and 1940s, featuring a relaxed and casual atmosphere.
A contemporary take on a classic concept, Supper is a hybrid of modern freshness and old-school flair, infusing the best elements of the standard Midwestern supper club with modern culinary and mixology panache.
